Racial discrimination in The Woodlands concerns residents, board (The Villager)

The Woodlands community often is described as a “bubble,” sheltered away by the pine trees that are at least symbolic of the many perceived protections provided residents in the master-planned community. Its safe neighborhoods, highly ranked schools, career opportunities and extensive retail shops have steadily attracted international visitors and residents for many years to the community established in the 1970s.
