Report: Texans on Mexico border receive letters threatening eminent domain for Trump’s wall (Houston Chronicle)

On Thursday, Donald Trump revealed his $1.15 trillion budget proposal, which included details of a down payment on the U.S.-Mexico border wall.

But before Trump unveiled how he would get funding for his wall, Texans on the southern border began receiving letters from the Department of Homeland Security, asking to purchase their land or seize it through eminent domain, according to the Texas Observer.
