Houston’s multifamily construction will slow down in 2016, but single-family home construction will ramp up, according to a national construction research firm.

CMD Group, an Atlanta-based provider of North American construction data, used U.S. Census Bureau figures and forecasts from U.K.-based Oxford Economics to issue its Houston residential construction outlook, which looks to be a mixed bag for 2016.
