A restraining order has been issued against the Houston developer and a subcontractor for the project where scaffolding collapsed in downtown Houston on Oct. 16, injuring six.

Victor Rubalcava, who was on the scaffolding at 500 Crawford St. and suffered injuries, filed the restraining order against Houston-based The Finger Cos. and Triple S Masonry, the Houston Chronicle reports.
