H-GAC: $1.59 billion needed to fix South Montgomery County traffic (The Villager)

After almost a year of analyzing traffic in South Montgomery County, the Houston-Galveston Area Council released its $1.59 billion South County Mobility Plan last week to address congestion, safety and future growth on area roads.

Approximately 100 people, including elected officials and community leaders from throughout the county, as well as concerned citizens, crowded into the Shenandoah Municipal Complex to hear Thursday’s presentation of the potential changes to area roads.
