Downtown’s development pipeline reaches a dozen residential projects (Houston Chronicle)

This week’s announcement that developers are planning to build a second SkyHouse apartment building downtown (after receiving approval for the city’s builder incentive program) brings the list of projects in the public program up to 12.

That amounts to more than 3,800 units, according to the Houston Downtown Management District. The photo gallery shows renderings for most of the projects that have been proposed or are under development.
