Three established Houston restaurateurs are planning to open a new concept in Montrose next Spring.

The trio consists of Grant Gordon, formerly the executive chef at Tony’s and Vallone’s; David Keck, the wine guru in charge at Camerata, a wine bar; and Paul Petronella, chef and owner of Paulie’s restaurant.
