A 37-acre industrial development has been planned just north of Ellington Airport, giving aviation-related businesses an alternative to Bush Intercontinental Airport on the south side of Houston.

Ellington Air Commerce Center could have more than 600,000 square feet of commercial/industrial buildings, according to developer J. A. Billipp Co. and Webber Properties, which owns the land.
