    Montgomery County Commissioners Court will host its first public hearing on the county’s proposed tax rate for 2017-18 on Tuesday.

    The public hearing will start at 9:45 a.m. on the fourth floor of the Alan B. Sadler Administration Building, located at 501 N. Thompson St. The hearing will be during the courts’ regular meeting, which begins at 9:30 a.m.
